Feel like you’re drowning in stuff? Constantly running at full speed? Lost focus on what’s really important?

The Simple Shift Retreat is your permission slip to step back and breathe.
Some time to hang out in a stunning location, eat delicious local food and discover how to pare back the noise (the junk drawer, the wardrobe, and the garage...).

No crystals or white-walled minimalism required – just practical approaches to free up time and space in the juggle of everyday life. Return home refreshed and inspired with a personalised simplicity blueprint to create more room for what genuinely matters. You’ll learn strategies to break free from that “earn more, spend more” cycle that keeps us constantly clicking “add to cart” while somehow feeling like we never have enough... Plus connect with other like-minded women who are navigating the same “too much stuff, too little time” reality.

Simplicity isn't about less - it's about better. It’s about those micro-doses of connection that make life richer. It’s about choosing “enough” over “more,” and finding that sweet spot where what’s good for you happens to be good for the planet too.

All in a beautiful setting, with space to reflect, be inspired, and connect with like-minded women who truly get the juggle.

FAQs

What is the accommodation like?

We will have exclusive use of the entire Paradise Valley Lodge for the retreat. It's pretty damn nice.
There are two main buildings - The Lodge and also The Homestead.
The Lodge has bunk beds and a shared bathroom. The published price is for a shared room in The Lodge.
The Homestead has various rooms that each have an ensuite. The beds in the Homestead rooms will be split into singles for twin share. There is a $60 premium for rooms in The Homestead - just trying to keep it fair.
You are able to pay a premium for single occupancy of a room, although there will be limited availability.

Is the retreat only for women?

Yes, this retreat is designed specifically for women. It’s a space to slow down, reconnect, and reflect alongside others. Creating a women-only environment helps foster a deeper sense of connection and ease.

Will all food be provided?

Food will be provided for all meals while you are at the retreat:
Day 1: Nibbles, dinner
Day 2: Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
Day 3: Breakfast, morning tea and lunch

Some meals will be lovingly catered by our retreat cook, and others will be prepared together as a group. Cooking and sharing meals is part of the retreat experience - a chance to slow down, connect, and learn simple, nourishing ways to eat well.
The menu will favour local and plant based ingredients.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

We will do our best to cater for dietary needs - just let us know when you register. Meals will be prepared together in a shared kitchen as part of the retreat experience, so while we’ll be mindful and inclusive with ingredients, we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment

Can I come by myself?

Yes, of course! It’s a great way to meet like-minded women and enjoy some quality time just for you. You’ll be warmly welcomed and supported every step of the way.

What do I need to bring?

Pack comfy clothes - think relaxed, cosy, and perfect for lounging, learning, or optional movement sessions. Bring a few layers for cooler moments or time outside.
Togs - there’s a beautiful river nearby and a spa pool to soak in.
If you have a torch, bring it along - it can be handy after dark.
BYO toiletries and personal items, but no need to pack linen - all bedding and towels will be provided.

How do I get there?

You can find all directions here. The lodge is clearly signposted from the main road.
